  • What happens if I am not at home when the order arrives? The courier company will try to leave the package in a safe place or with a neighbor. If this is not possible, they will leave you a notification so you can coordinate the delivery or pick up the package at a nearby branch.

  • What is LvsTech's return policy? We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the 1 product in its original condition and receive a full refund.

  • Who pays the shipping costs in case of a return? The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases of defective products or shipping errors.
